My approach: Warm, curious, and a little bit different

  • I don't believe therapy should feel like someone sitting across from you, silently nodding or speaking at you in clinical terms. Therapy with me is a conversation with a real person — full of honesty and free from judgment.

We will definitely laugh together. At times, we may even cry together. And sometimes we'll sit with the things that are difficult to put into words.

  • I'm fully engaged, collaborative, intuitive, and genuinely curious about who you are.

We'll talk. We'll explore. We'll make connections between your past and present. We'll look at the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, your work, and how you relate to yourself. My education, personal experience, and intuition help me see patterns that you may not yet be aware of.

  • I draw primarily from attachment and psychodynamic theories to understand not just what you're experiencing, but what may be underneath it.

I'm especially interested in how our earliest relationships and experiences influence our beliefs about ourselves — what we think we deserve, whether our needs matter, and whether we're allowed to be fully ourselves. These early “truths” can become rooted in our identity.

You don't need to become a different person.

One of the things I love most about this work is helping people reconnect with parts of themselves they've lost touch with along the way.

The person underneath the responsibilities.

Underneath the expectations.

Underneath the perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, or constant need to keep everything under control.

My goal isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to help you hear your own voice more clearly, understand your whole self more compassionately, and make choices that feel aligned with who you actually are.

Because the most meaningful change isn't becoming someone new.

It's coming home to yourself.
